Top 8 Reasons I'm Starting This Blog (I tried for 10 - it didn't work out. I hope this isn't a sign that I'm mis-guided in this attempt)
1. I need someplace to post some of the approximately 8,876,231 pictures I have taken of Max in his first 2 months of life.
2. I want to be able to remember the minutia of our life so far with Max once I've fully emerged from my sleep-deprived haze.
3. The German contingent of Max's family (minus his Dad of course) lives on another continent (that would be Europe) and wants to be kept in-the-know about Max and his day-to-day activities (and let's face it, I can't blame them).
4. I like to pretend that other people are interested in what I do and what I have to say.
5. This is easier than scrapbooking.
6. And cheaper.
7. And quicker.
8. Because Julie has one and I want to be just like her.

10. it beats having to talk to people?
(ok so number 10 is a bit harsh, but in most cases I would take texting, facebooking and email over personal interaction... and "Welcome to Greenville, will you be staying in town long?" HA!)
Well, I ran out of ideas, and Max was waking up from his nap...needless to say I have to go for short blog postings at this stage.
