Life didn't really stop at December 8th.

However, the days from December 8th until Christmas seem to have fallen into the black hole of pregnancy and pre-delivery anxiety and crankiness, because I can't seem to find any evidence of their existence. I know we did more Christmas-y things after our breakfast with Santa...I just can't seem to remember what they were. I don't even have any pictures on my computer from those days...but combing through my phone I did manage to find these...proof that we DID, in fact, continue with our Christmas celebrations.

Here's the Cliff's Notes version of the rest of December leading up to Christmas:

Rousing Games of "Where's Waldo" around the Christmas tree

Long walks with my first two babies while we can still get around without a stroller:

Baking (and eating) Christmas cookies:

Other general merry-making (Chris's car-club meeting, complete with Christmas treats):

So that was our second half of December. It's so weird now to think back to those days that are "pre-Tessa." It seems like she's always been here, yet that wasn't so long ago (only 6 weeks, as a matter of fact). I wonder if Max even remembers the times when he was an only child. And chances are, he won't remember those days when he's older. So strange. Ok, Tessa calls...maybe tomorrow I'll post my Christmas pics...and maybe one of these days I'll work my way up to present-day-events. I'm still trying!
