Do the babies have large talons?

This past weekend the Bens came for a visit. As you can see (above)everyone was really excited to see each other. Benny has learned some new skillz since we last saw him. I think Les could use this to her advantage at the grocery store. You could fit quite a few groceries in Benny's little wagon.

Benny wanted to show off by taking Max for a spin in his wagon. Max was a little unsure of the stability of the safety rails.

"Don't worry, Max...they're secure, see?"

Max was reassured. And transluscent.

But then things took a turn. I think Benny (oh he-of-the-long-and-flowing-locks) was fascinated by Max's hairless head. It started with a longing glance...

"Oh yes, that head is irresistible...I. Must. Touch."

"I feel like someone was touching my head."
"Really? Well, I didn't see anything...and it certainly wasn't me."

But then Benny got a little cocky.
"Well, if he didn't feel it when I brushed his downy little head like I would a baby duck, perhaps I can get away with this..."

Uh oh, Benny...busted.

Q: Do the babies have large talons?
A: Yes, yes they do.

But like a good and loving cousin, Benny apologized and gave Max a non-talony head massage and peace was restored.

And then Ben Sr. took the boys for a train ride...complete with "choo choo" noises (note the lips in the midst of a "choo") It was a great distractionary technique. *Paul Eddy recommends also making steam motions with your hands for a more realistic train ride though.

Good job, Benny, we are impressed with your new skill. Yay!

And the first one to name the movie referenced by the talons quote wins a head massage from Benny.
